The sequence

The Same Five Steps, Every Time.

Two sides, treated differently, approached identically. The sequence does not change because a treatment is expensive.

i. Before you arrive

You book a service and a time. We confirm within the hour. The intake form comes by email, so it is done before you arrive: no clipboard, no repeating your history to three different people.

ii. The consultation comes first

Every first visit starts with a conversation, including the ones where you already know exactly what you want. It is the cheapest part of the process, and the part that most often changes the plan.

iii. Test before treating, where testing helps

For hair, energy, weight and anything hormonal, bloodwork comes first. Treating the wrong cause is slow and expensive. For a facial or laser hair removal it does not apply.

iv. A written plan with the prices on it

The sequence, the spacing and what each stage costs, in writing, before anything begins. Nothing is added on the day without you agreeing to it.

v. Measure, then adjust

Photographs under the same lighting. Bloodwork again at three months where it applies. If a marker has not moved, the plan changes rather than continues. Measuring is how you know when to stop.

Our standard

Four Things We Will Not Do.

Worth stating plainly, because each one is ordinary practice elsewhere in this city.

Treat you on the first visit when testing should come first

If your bloodwork might explain what you came in about, you are not having a treatment that day. It costs us the first appointment. It is the reason the results hold.

Sell a package to somebody who needs one appointment

Many people arrive expecting a course and need one visit and some patience. When that is the case we say so, and you spend the difference elsewhere.

Put a number on a result we cannot measure

No invented percentages, no satisfaction scores nobody collected, no promise about how you will look. Where we can measure something, we show it. Where we cannot, we say so.

Use a device or a formula the doctor has not signed off

Only FDA cleared equipment, and IV formulas from accredited compounding pharmacies. Nothing joins this menu because it is trending, and things leave it when the evidence stops.

Before you book

What to Expect at a Consultation: Questions People Ask.

How long is a first consultation?

The hair consult is about an hour, including scalp imaging, photographs, the blood draw and 45 minutes with the doctor. A skin consult is folded into the signature facial, so the first visit is a real treatment rather than a sales conversation.

Do I need bloodwork before a facial or Botox?

No. Bloodwork applies where the cause matters: hair loss, energy, weight and anything hormonal. Facials, laser hair removal and most skin treatments do not need it. Injectables need a physician assessment at every visit, not a blood test.

Is anyone here paid on commission?

No. Nobody at Club 116 earns commission on what you book, which is why the shortest plan that works is the one we recommend.

What happens if a treatment is not working?

The plan changes. Photographs under the same lighting and repeat bloodwork at three months tell us whether a marker has moved. If it has not, we stop or switch rather than sell you another course.

Can I see prices before I come in?

Yes. Every treatment has its starting price on the prices page, and you are quoted an exact figure in writing at the consultation before anything starts.

Not sure where to start?

Start Small, or Start Properly.

If you would rather not pick treatments one at a time, our packages bundle them at a better price, and bloodwork tells us where to start.
