The Signature Facial. A Medical Facial in NYC Where Most Plans Start.
From $25060 minNo downtime
A medical facial in NYC should start with someone reading your skin, not with a menu of add ons. The signature facial at Club 116 on Central Park South is sixty minutes: double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where needed, a lifting massage of the face and neck, a mask chosen for you, and ten minutes of LED. From $250, no downtime, and the first one doubles as a skin assessment.

Signature Facial With LED Before and After. What It Can Look Like.
One case, labeled the way the work is priced: the treatment, the count or the sessions, and how long after. This one is judged at eight weeks, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching.
A placeholder for layout, made to show how consented client photographs will appear. It shows no patient and no result. Real cases replace it as clients consent, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching. Individual results vary.

The signature facial with LED is a sixty minute, clinician led facial for any skin type. It combines a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions where needed, a lifting massage of the face and neck, a mask chosen for your skin, and ten minutes of LED light. At Club 116 in Manhattan it costs from $250 and needs no downtime.
The difference between this and a spa facial is who is looking at your skin, and how. Before anything goes on your face, a licensed clinician examines it under proper light, asks what you use at home and what has reacted in the past, and chooses the exfoliant, the mask and the LED setting to match. Red LED is used to calm and support collagen, blue where there are breakouts. The massage is the part people underestimate: ten to fifteen minutes of firm, lifting work along the jaw, cheeks and neck that moves fluid out and leaves the face looking less tired. Nothing here is medicine. It is a well done facial, with a medical eye on it.
Who it is for
Everyone, which is why it sits at the top of the aesthetics menu. It is the first facial for most people here, the monthly facial for members, and the sensible answer when you have noticed your skin looks tired or dull and do not yet know what it needs. If you are thinking about a bigger treatment later, start here: the assessment tells you whether you need one at all.
Why do it here
A clinician reads your skin under proper light before choosing the facial, and if a cheaper option would do more for you, you hear that before we start. Nobody here works on commission, so nobody is paid to upsell you. The price is published, and the same clinician who did your facial can walk you through what else on the menu makes sense, or tell you honestly that nothing does yet.
Before, During and After.
A short read of your skin under proper light, a few questions about your history, medicines and what you use at home, and a look at anything that has flared recently. If a different facial would suit you better, the hydrating facial for reactive skin or the acne facial for congestion, we say so before we start, and the price adjusts down if it should.
You are on the bed for the full hour. A double cleanse removes sunscreen, makeup and city air. A gentle exfoliant lifts dead cells, then steam softens the skin for extractions if you need them. The massage comes next, firm and slow, along the jaw, cheeks, brow and neck. A mask goes on while the LED panel runs for ten minutes. A serum, moisturizer and sunscreen finish it. Nobody rushes the last ten minutes.
You leave with skin that looks brighter, calmer and less puffy than when you arrived. Some people are slightly pink around extraction sites for an hour. Makeup can go on straight away, though most people do not want it.
The glow is immediate and holds for about a week. Monthly visits, timed to the skin's roughly four week renewal cycle, are what change the texture and tone over a season. We note what we saw and what we used, so the next visit builds on this one.

Downtime and aftercare
None. Keep the rest of the day simple: sunscreen, no acids or retinol that night, and no sauna or hard training until tomorrow. If you had extractions, leave the spots alone and let them settle. Anything specific to your skin is written down before you leave.
Not for you if
You have an active cold sore, open lesions or a skin infection, a sunburn, or you have used isotretinoin (a prescription acne medicine that thins the skin) in the last six months. Some peels and exfoliants are not used in pregnancy; tell us and we adjust the facial rather than cancel it.

Members pay $200, 20% off list, and the first signature facial is included when you join. Most members book it monthly.

Medical Facial in NYC: Questions People Ask First.
How much does a medical facial cost in NYC?
At Club 116 on Central Park South the signature facial with LED is $250 for sixty minutes, and members pay $200. There is no consultation fee and no deposit to book. Every price on the menu is published, so you can compare before you call.
How often should I get a facial?
Every four to six weeks matches the skin's renewal cycle. A single facial gives you about a week of visibly better skin; a monthly rhythm is what changes the skin over a season. Members book monthly because the first signature facial is included and the rest are 20% off.
What is the difference between a medical facial and a spa facial?
Who reads your skin, and what they are allowed to use. Here a licensed clinician assesses your skin under proper light, chooses the exfoliant and mask to match, and can refer you to the doctor if something needs a prescription rather than a facial. A facial does not treat a medical skin condition; it improves how healthy skin looks and behaves.
Is the signature facial a good first treatment?
Yes, and that is how most plans here start. The first one doubles as a skin assessment, so you leave knowing what your skin actually needs before anyone suggests a peel, a booster or a device. Start with one, decide the rest later.
Can I combine it with something else the same day?
Usually yes. LED is already built in. A booster or a light peel can be folded into the hour, and the clinician will suggest what fits rather than sell you an add on. Heat based treatments and anything that breaks the skin are sequenced on separate days.
Does a facial with LED do anything?
Ten minutes of red LED helps calm the skin after extractions and massage, and blue light is used where there are breakouts. The effect is modest from a single session and builds with regular use, which is why LED is also offered on its own at $75 and included monthly in the Starter membership.
