From $45045 minDowntime 2 days
Microneedling in NYC does not have to mean a package or a product you did not ask for. Fine needles create controlled micro channels in the skin, and the skin closes them by building its own collagen. For pores, uneven tone, acne scars and fine lines. At Club 116 on Central Park South a face session takes 45 minutes, costs from $450, and leaves a day or two of pink.

Microneedling, Face Before and After. What It Can Look Like.
One case, labeled the way the work is priced: the treatment, the count or the sessions, and how long after. This one is judged at four months, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching.
A placeholder for layout, made to show how consented client photographs will appear. It shows no patient and no result. Real cases replace it as clients consent, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching. Individual results vary.
Every caseWhat Microneedling Does, and Why Your Skin Does the Work.
Microneedling is a treatment in which a motorized pen with sterile needle cartridges makes thousands of controlled micro channels in the skin. The skin repairs them by producing new collagen and elastin, the fibres that keep it firm and smooth. It is used for pores, texture, acne scarring and fine lines. At Club 116 in Manhattan it costs from $450 and takes 45 minutes.
The pen passes over the face at depths chosen for each area: shallower on the forehead and around the eyes, deeper on the cheeks where scars sit. A hyaluronic serum keeps the skin gliding. Nothing else is required. The change is gradual because collagen takes weeks to build, which is also why the result looks like your skin rather than like a treatment. Plain microneedling uses no heat or light, so it suits every skin tone.
Who it is for
Enlarged pores, rough or uneven texture, acne scarring, fine lines, and skin that has simply lost its bounce. It is a sensible first resurfacing treatment if you have never had one, and a good maintenance treatment between stronger ones such as Morpheus8.
Why do it here
Depth is chosen for your skin rather than from a package. A doctor signs off on anything applied to open channels, and a licensed clinician performs the treatment. The course is photographed under the same light each visit, so the change is measured rather than felt. Nobody works on commission. If a booster would help you, we say so. If it would not, we say that too.
Before, During and After.
Your skin is assessed under proper light and photographed. We check for active acne, cold sores or anything that needs to settle first. Numbing cream goes on for twenty to thirty minutes, which is most of the waiting. There is no consultation fee, and the exact price is confirmed in writing before we start.
Fine needles pass over the face in controlled depths, area by area. It feels like fine sandpaper with a warm scratch, not pain. The forehead and upper lip are the most sensitive spots. Hyaluronic serum goes on as the channels open, then a calming finish.
Pink to red for a day or two, like a mild sunburn, then a few days of dryness and a tight feel. Makeup after twenty four hours. Most people are back at their desk the same afternoon, and nobody needs to know.
A glow within a week as the surface renews. Texture and pores improve from four to six weeks as collagen builds. Scarring and fine lines change over a course of three, spaced four to six weeks apart, and keep improving for months after the last session.

Downtime and aftercare
Expect two to three days of pinkness and a dry, tight feel. Use sunscreen and a bland moisturizer, and nothing active (no retinol, acids or vitamin C) for five days. No makeup for the first day. No sweat, sauna or swimming for two days. Leave any flaking alone.
Not for you if
You are pregnant, have active acne, eczema or a cold sore in the area, keloid scarring, a bleeding disorder, or take a blood thinner. Not if you have used isotretinoin in the last six months. Your history is checked before anything is booked.

Microneedling in NYC: Questions People Ask First.
How much does microneedling cost in NYC?
At Club 116 on Central Park South, microneedling of the face is $450 a session, and $360 for members. Face and neck is $600. Adding a booster such as PRP, PRF or exosomes raises the price, and the exact figure is in writing before you start. There is no consultation fee.
How many microneedling sessions do I need, and how long does it last?
Three sessions, four to six weeks apart, is the usual course for texture, pores and scarring. One session gives a glow; a course changes the skin. The collagen you build is yours, and most people keep the result with a maintenance session every six to twelve months.
Does microneedling hurt?
Numbing cream takes most of it. People describe a warm, scratchy feeling, like fine sandpaper. The forehead and upper lip are the most sensitive areas, and the needling itself is over in about twenty minutes.
What is the downtime after microneedling?
A day or two of pink, sometimes three, then a few days of dryness. You can wear makeup after twenty four hours and go back to work the same day. It is one of the shorter recoveries on our menu.
Should I add a booster, and which one?
Plain microneedling works well on its own for pores, tone and early lines. For scarring, laxity or a faster recovery, a booster applied as the channels open makes each session work harder. PRF is what we suggest for most people doing a course. Exosomes give the least downtime. Rejuran or PDRN suit thin, reactive or redness prone skin. Ariessence PDGF is for scarring that has not moved. The clinician recommends one at the consult, and plain needling is always an option.
Is microneedling safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. Microneedling uses no heat or light, so it does not carry the pigment risk that some lasers do on deeper skin tones. Depth is still adjusted for your skin, and we go carefully with anyone who has a history of dark marks after inflammation.
