Dermal fillers in NYC start at $800 a syringe at Club 116 on Central Park South. Hyaluronic acid filler is a soft gel, placed by a physician to restore volume in the cheeks or temples, support a jawline, refine lips or fill under eye hollows. Hyaluronic Acid Fillers Before and After. What It Can Look Like.
One case, labeled the way the work is priced: the treatment, the count or the sessions, and how long after. This one is judged at two weeks, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching.

Every caseWhat Hyaluronic Acid Filler Does, and Why Dissolvable Matters.
Hyaluronic acid filler is a gel made from a sugar molecule your skin already contains, injected under the skin to replace volume that has been lost or to give shape where there was little. It is used for lips, cheeks, temples, jawline and under the eyes. At Club 116 in Manhattan it costs from $800 a syringe, takes thirty to forty five minutes, and lasts six to eighteen months.
Different gels have different firmness. A soft one goes in the lips or under the eyes; a firmer one supports a cheek or a jawline. The physician chooses the gel for the area and places it with a needle or a cannula, a blunt tube that slides under the skin with fewer entry points. The result is visible at once and settles over two weeks as swelling goes. If anything sits wrong, an enzyme called hyaluronidase dissolves it within a day. That safety net is why we can work in small amounts and add later rather than overfill on the day.
Who it is for
Hollow temples or cheeks. A soft or receding jawline. Thin or uneven lips. Under eye hollows where PRF, your own platelets, has not been enough. Deep folds beside the nose and mouth. Not for a face that has already had a lot of filler elsewhere; in that case the honest advice may be to dissolve, or to wait.
Why do it here
A physician assesses and injects, and consent is taken in writing at every visit. Fillers are prescription products, so they are not placed on a first visit. Doses are conservative by design and the two week review is included, so anything that needs a touch is caught then. And we will tell you when to stop. Nobody here works on commission, so nobody benefits from selling you a syringe you do not need.
Before, During and After.
A physician assesses your face at rest and in movement, listens to what bothers you, and says what filler can and cannot fix. Photographs are taken under fixed lighting. Any filler you have had elsewhere is noted, including what and roughly when, because it changes what is safe. The gel, the amount and the exact price are written down, consent is signed, and treatment is booked for a separate visit.
Numbing cream goes on first, and most hyaluronic acid gels also contain a local anesthetic, so the treatment itself is more pressure than pain. The physician places the gel with a fine needle or a cannula, checks symmetry in a mirror with you, and stops when the plan is met. Fifteen to thirty minutes of actual injecting.
Some swelling for one to three days, more for lips than for cheeks. Pinpoint marks that fade within the hour and, occasionally, a bruise that settles within a week. You can go back to work the same day; you may prefer not to have a big event the same week.
Immediate, then settling over two weeks as swelling resolves. Six to eighteen months of result depending on the area and the gel; lips move more and tend to be at the shorter end, cheeks at the longer. There is no fixed schedule. You come back when you notice it has softened, or not at all.

Downtime and aftercare
For the rest of the day do not lie flat, rub or press the area, drink alcohol or train hard. Cold packs help the swelling. Sleep on your back for a night or two. Hold off on facials, massage and dental work for two weeks. Bruising is possible and settles within a week. The two week review is included, and that is where anything gets adjusted.
Not for you if
You are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active infection or a cold sore near the area, have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine, or take a blood thinner that has not been discussed with the doctor. Filler is not placed in an area with a permanent implant or permanent filler. If you have had a lot of filler elsewhere, the physician may advise dissolving before adding anything.

Dermal Fillers in NYC: Questions People Ask First.
How much does filler cost per syringe in Manhattan?
At Club 116 on Central Park South, hyaluronic acid filler is from $800 a syringe and members pay $640. The total depends on how many syringes the physician uses, which is decided at the consult and quoted in writing before anything is injected. There is no consultation fee.
How many syringes of filler do I need?
The doctor sets the amount at the consult. Lips and under eyes usually need less; cheeks, temples and a jawline can need more, and it depends on how much volume you have lost and how subtle you want it. The habit here is to start with less and add at the two week review if you want more, because adding is easy and taking away, while possible, is a second appointment.
How long does lip filler last?
Lips are at the shorter end of the six to eighteen month range because they move constantly and the gel used there is soft. Cheeks and jawline, done with a firmer gel in an area that moves less, last longer. Everyone metabolizes filler at a different rate, so we photograph you and let the mirror tell you when to rebook.
Does filler hurt?
Less than most people expect. Numbing cream goes on first, most gels contain lidocaine, and a cannula reduces the number of needle entries. Expect pressure and an occasional sting, and some tenderness for a day or two afterwards. Lips are the most sensitive area.
Can dermal filler be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronidase, an enzyme, breaks down hyaluronic acid filler within about a day. It is rarely needed with conservative work, but it is available here, and it is the main reason we work with hyaluronic acid rather than anything permanent. Collagen stimulators like Sculptra and permanent fillers cannot be reversed this way.
What happens if I stop getting filler?
The gel is broken down by your body over months and your face returns to how it would have looked without it. It does not stretch the skin or leave it looser with conservative amounts. Some people keep a small maintenance habit; some stop after one treatment. Both are fine, and we will say when we think you have had enough.
