From $95060 minDowntime 2 to 3 days

EZ Gel PRF is a natural filler made from a small draw of your own blood. The plasma is heated and cooled into a smooth gel that holds its shape, then combined with platelet rich fibrin (PRF), so it gives volume on the day and builds collagen over months. At Club 116 on Central Park South in Manhattan it is $950 and takes 60 minutes.

What it is

How EZGel Behaves Like a Filler When It Is Made Only From You.

EZGel PRF is a natural filler prepared from your own blood. Plasma is heated and then cooled, which changes its proteins into a smooth gel that holds shape when injected, and it is combined with platelet rich fibrin (PRF). It gives immediate volume and stimulates collagen as it is absorbed. At Club 116 in Manhattan it costs from $950.

To understand it, start with the two things it is made from. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is a concentrate of the platelets in your blood, which carry growth factors. PRF (platelet rich fibrin) is the slower release version, spun more gently and with nothing added, so the growth factors are held in a natural fibrin mesh and released over days. EZGel adds a third step: a portion of the plasma is heated, then cooled, so it becomes a gel with enough body to fill. The result acts like a hyaluronic acid filler on the day, then is slowly absorbed over months while the PRF prompts your skin to build collagen of its own. Everything comes from one blood draw, prepared in the room, with no product added.

Who it is for

People who want volume in the cheeks, temples, lines or under the eyes without a synthetic product, people who have reacted to fillers in the past, and anyone who wants a natural first step before deciding whether to have filler at all. It is also used for lips and the nasolabial fold (the line from the nose to the corner of the mouth). It is not for someone who needs the sharp structure of a jawline filler, which EZGel is too soft to provide.

Why do it here

Your blood is drawn, prepared and placed in the same room, on the same day, by clinicians who do this every week. The doctor maps where the gel goes and why, and signs off on the plan. Nobody works on commission, so if a hyaluronic acid filler would do the job better, you will be told. The price is published before you ask.

What happens

Before, During and After.

Before
The consult

The clinician looks at your face under good light, asks about medicines, past filler and what is bothering you, and photographs you as a baseline. The doctor decides whether EZGel, plain PRF, or a filler is the honest answer. A small blood draw, the same as a routine blood test, is taken and prepared in the room while the skin is numbed. The heating and cooling steps are the reason this appointment runs an hour.

During · 60 min
In the room

The gel is placed with fine needles or a blunt cannula (a thin tube with a rounded tip that pushes vessels aside) into the areas agreed. The work itself takes twenty to thirty minutes. Most people feel pressure and a few pinches, and can see the volume before they leave.

After · 2 to 3 days
What to expect

Swelling for two to three days where it was placed, sometimes a small bruise. The areas look fuller than the final result for the first week; that is the gel plus fluid, and it settles.

Results · one to two
When you see it

Volume on the day, settling over two weeks. The gel is absorbed over the following months, and the collagen benefit from the PRF outlasts it. Most people repeat once or twice a year. One to two sessions is the usual plan.

Good to know

Read This Before You Book.

Downtime and aftercare

Expect two to three days of swelling and occasionally a bruise that makeup covers. Sleep with your head raised the first night. Skip alcohol and hard training for twenty four hours, and leave the area alone: no massage, no facials and no pressing on the treated areas for a week, because the gel is still settling. Take acetaminophen rather than anti-inflammatories for any tenderness.

Not for you if

You have a bleeding disorder, a low platelet count, an active skin infection, cancer under treatment, or you take a blood thinner or a high dose anti-inflammatory that has not been discussed with the doctor. Pregnancy rules it out for now. Your history is taken before anything is booked.

Questions

EZ Gel PRF in NYC: Questions People Ask First.

How much does EZ Gel PRF cost in NYC?

At Club 116 on Central Park South, EZGel PRF is $950 a session and members pay $760. The price covers the blood draw, preparation and placement in one visit. The exact figure for your case, including how many areas, is put in writing at the consultation.

How long does EZGel last and how many sessions do I need?

The volume from EZGel lasts a few months and is gradually absorbed, while the collagen it prompts lasts longer. Most people have one to two sessions and repeat once or twice a year. It does not last as long as a hyaluronic acid filler, and that is the trade for having nothing synthetic in your face.

Is EZGel better than hyaluronic acid filler?

Different, not better. Hyaluronic acid filler lasts longer, gives more structure and can be dissolved. EZGel is made only from you, cannot cause a reaction to a foreign product, and improves the skin as it fades. For soft areas such as the under eyes, temples and cheeks it is often the better first step. For a jawline or chin, filler wins. The doctor tells you which.

Does EZGel PRF hurt?

The skin is numbed first. Most people feel pressure and a few pinches, and the blood draw is the same as a lab test. Tenderness for a day or two afterwards is normal.

Can EZGel be used under the eyes?

Yes, and it is one of the commonest places for it in Manhattan, because filler under the eye can look blue or puffy and EZGel cannot. If you have a shallow hollow, plain under eye PRF at $650 may be enough; if you want visible volume on the day, EZGel is the closer match.

What is the difference between PRP, PRF and EZGel?

All three come from one small draw of your own blood, prepared in the room. PRP (platelet rich plasma) is platelets concentrated in liquid plasma; it acts quickly. PRF (platelet rich fibrin) is spun more gently with nothing added, so it releases slowly. EZGel is PRF combined with heated and cooled plasma so it holds shape and adds volume.
