PRF Facial Injections in NYC. A Soft Gel From Your Own Blood, Slowly Released.
From $85045 minDowntime 2 days
PRF facial injections use platelet rich fibrin, a slower release form of PRP made from a small draw of your own blood with nothing added. Injected as a soft gel into the cheeks, temples and lines, it builds skin quality over weeks rather than filling on the day. At Club 116 on Central Park South in Manhattan it is $850 and takes 45 minutes.

PRF Facial Injections Before and After. What It Can Look Like.
One case, labeled the way the work is priced: the treatment, the count or the sessions, and how long after. This one is judged at four months, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching.
A placeholder for layout, made to show how consented client photographs will appear. It shows no patient and no result. Real cases replace it as clients consent, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching. Individual results vary.
Every caseWhat PRF Is, and Why People Call It a Natural Filler.
Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is a concentrate of your own platelets and white cells held in a natural fibrin gel. It is spun more slowly than platelet rich plasma (PRP) and without anticoagulant, so nothing is added and the growth factors release over days rather than hours. At Club 116 in Manhattan, PRF facial injections cost from $850.
The fibrin is the difference. It is the same protein your blood uses to form a clot, and it holds the platelets in place where they are injected. That gives a longer working window per session and a soft, temporary volume that is your own tissue. People call PRF a natural filler, and the name is half right: it does give a subtle fullness for a few weeks, but its real job is to improve the skin over three months. It is not a substitute for a hyaluronic acid filler where you need structure. Both PRP and PRF are prepared in the room from a small draw of your own blood on the day.
Who it is for
Early hollowing at the temples and cheeks, thinning skin, fine lines around the mouth and the nasolabial area (the fold from the nose to the corner of the mouth), and anyone who would rather build slowly than fill on the day. It is also the treatment we suggest for people who have had filler before and want to give the skin itself some help.
Why do it here
Your blood is drawn, spun and placed in the same room, on the same day, by clinicians who do this every week. The doctor maps where the PRF goes and why, and signs off on the plan. Photographs at the end of a course show what has changed. Nobody works on commission and the price is published.
Before, During and After.
The clinician looks at your skin under good light and asks about medicines, past filler and what is bothering you. The doctor decides whether PRF is the right treatment or whether PRP, EZGel or a filler would do the job better. A small blood draw, the same as a routine blood test, is spun in the room while the skin is numbed.
The PRF is placed with fine needles or a blunt cannula (a thin tube with a rounded tip that pushes vessels aside) into the cheeks, temples, nasolabial area or lines agreed at the consult. Twenty to thirty minutes of the appointment is the work itself. PRF has to be injected within minutes of being spun, before the gel sets, which is why it is always prepared in the room.
Swelling for about two days where it was placed, sometimes a small bruise. The areas can look fuller than the final result for the first few days; that is the gel and the fluid, and it settles.
Swelling settles in two days. Skin quality improves over six weeks and subtle volume builds over three months. Two to three sessions is the usual course, and the result is judged on photographs at the end of it.

Downtime and aftercare
Expect two days of swelling and occasionally a bruise that makeup covers. Sleep with your head raised the first night. Skip alcohol and hard training for twenty four hours and leave the area alone: no massage, no facials, no pressing on the injection points. Take acetaminophen rather than anti-inflammatories for any tenderness, because anti-inflammatories can blunt the platelet response.
Not for you if
You have a bleeding disorder, a low platelet count, an active skin infection, cancer under treatment, or you take a blood thinner or a high dose anti-inflammatory that has not been discussed with the doctor. Pregnancy rules it out for now. Your history is taken before anything is booked.

PRF Facial Injections in NYC: Questions People Ask First.
How much do PRF facial injections cost in NYC?
At Club 116 on Central Park South, PRF facial injections are $850 a session and members pay $680. The price is published, and the exact figure for your case is put in writing at the consultation before anything starts.
How many PRF sessions do I need and how long does it last?
Two to three sessions is the usual course. The skin improvement from a course lasts many months, and most people maintain it with a session once or twice a year. The soft volume you notice in the first weeks is temporary; the collagen change underneath is what stays.
Is PRF the same as PRF filler?
The term PRF filler is used for two things: plain PRF, which gives a short lived softness and a longer term skin change, and EZGel, which is PRF combined with heated and cooled plasma so it holds shape like a filler. If volume is what you want, EZGel PRF at $950 is the closer match. The doctor tells you which fits your face.
PRF or PRP, which one should I choose?
PRF for most faces. It releases over a longer window, nothing is added, and it is the one we suggest for the face and under the eyes. PRP is quicker to act and $100 cheaper. If you are unsure, the consult in Manhattan costs nothing and settles it.
Does PRF hurt?
The skin is numbed first. Most people feel pressure and a few pinches, and the blood draw is the same as a lab test. Tenderness the next day is mild and short.
Can PRF replace filler in the cheeks?
Not where you have lost real volume. PRF improves the skin and gives a subtle, temporary fullness. A hollow cheek still needs filler or a collagen stimulator, and we will say so rather than sell you three sessions that cannot do the job.
