Under Eye PRF in NYC. For the Tired Look That Sleep Stopped Fixing.
From $65030 minDowntime 2 days of puffiness
Under eye PRF places platelet rich fibrin, made from a small draw of your own blood with nothing added, into the thin skin beneath the eye. It thickens and brightens that skin over weeks, with no filler and nothing anyone can point to. At Club 116 on Central Park South in Manhattan it is $650 and takes 30 minutes. It is the most booked treatment on this side of the practice.

Under Eye PRF Before and After. What It Can Look Like.
One case, labeled the way the work is priced: the treatment, the count or the sessions, and how long after. This one is judged at four months, photographed in the same light and at the same distance, with no retouching.

Every caseUnder Eye PRF vs Under Eye Filler: Why We Suggest PRF First.
Under eye PRF is an injection of platelet rich fibrin, a slow release concentrate of your own platelets in a natural fibrin gel, into the tear trough and the skin beneath the eye. It is used for dark, hollow or crepey under eyes. At Club 116 in Manhattan it costs from $650, takes 30 minutes, and needs two to three sessions.
The skin under the eye is the thinnest on the face, which is why it shows tiredness first and why filler there goes wrong more often than anywhere else. Filler can sit visibly, look puffy, or show blue through the skin. PRF works differently. Placed with a cannula, it prompts the skin to build collagen and thickness over about three months. Because it is your own tissue, it cannot be overfilled and it cannot look blue. Both PRP (platelet rich plasma) and PRF come from the same small blood draw, prepared in the room on the day; PRF is spun more gently, with nothing added, so it keeps working longer.
Who it is for
Dark circles that are really thin skin showing the vessels beneath, a shallow hollow, crepey texture, fine lines, and the person who has been told they look tired once too often. It suits people who want the change to be deniable. It is not the treatment for a deep hollow caused by bone structure; that may need a small amount of filler, and we will say so.
Why do it here
Your blood is drawn, spun and placed in the same room, on the same day, by clinicians who do this every week. The doctor examines the under eye area first and decides whether PRF, filler, or nothing is the right answer. Nobody works on commission, so the answer is the same whichever it is. The price is published before you ask.
Before, During and After.
The clinician looks at the under eye area in daylight and under clinic light, checks whether the darkness is pigment, thin skin or a hollow, and photographs you as a baseline. Medicines and past filler are noted. A small blood draw, the same as a routine blood test, is spun for around ten minutes while the skin is numbed.
The PRF is placed with a blunt cannula (a thin tube with a rounded tip that slides under the skin through one small entry point rather than many needle passes) along the tear trough and beneath the eye. The work itself takes about fifteen minutes. Most people feel pressure rather than pain.
The under eyes look puffy for about two days, and there can be a small bruise at the entry point. That is fluid and the gel, not the result. It settles, and the change arrives slowly.
Brighter under the eyes within six weeks, and thicker, smoother skin over three months. Two to three sessions is the usual course. Photographs at the end show the change, which is gradual enough that nobody will ask what you had done.

Downtime and aftercare
Expect two days of puffiness and occasionally a bruise that concealer covers. Sleep with your head raised the first night, skip alcohol and hard training for twenty four hours, and leave the area alone: no rubbing, no eye cream and no makeup on the entry point for the first day. Take acetaminophen rather than anti-inflammatories for any tenderness. Contact lenses are fine the next day.
Not for you if
You have a bleeding disorder, a low platelet count, an active infection near the eye, cancer under treatment, or you take a blood thinner or a high dose anti-inflammatory that has not been discussed with the doctor. Pregnancy rules it out for now. Your history is taken before anything is booked.

Under Eye PRF in NYC: Questions People Ask First.
How much does PRF under the eyes cost in NYC?
At Club 116 on Central Park South, under eye PRF is $650 a session and members pay $520. The price is published, and the exact figure for your case is put in writing at the consultation before anything starts.
How many sessions of under eye PRF do I need?
Two to three sessions is the usual course, with the full result at about three months. After that, most people maintain it with one session a year or so. The consult sets the plan and photographs decide whether it continues.
Is PRF better than filler under the eyes?
For most people, yes, as a first step. Filler under the eye can look blue, puffy or overdone and needs dissolving when it does. PRF improves the skin itself, cannot be overfilled, and the change is deniable. If the hollow is deep and structural, a small amount of filler may still be needed, and the doctor will say so rather than sell you PRF that cannot fix it.
Does under eye PRF work for dark circles?
It helps the kind of dark circles caused by thin skin showing the vessels beneath, which is the commonest kind. It does not remove pigment in the skin, and it does not change shadows caused by bone structure. The consult tells you which kind you have.
Does PRF under the eyes hurt?
The area is numbed and the PRF is placed with a cannula through one small entry point, so there is no line of needle marks. Most people feel pressure and a little pulling. The blood draw is the same as a lab test.
PRP or PRF for under eyes?
PRF. It is spun more gently, nothing is added, and it releases over a longer window, which matters most in thin skin. PRP is quicker to act and slightly cheaper, but under the eyes we suggest PRF nearly every time.
